Refund policy

No problem! As long as your item is in its original condition and meets the rules outlined in the policy below, we will be more than happy to accept your return.

New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered, or soiled), and suitable for resale in its original packaging, may be returned for a refund to your original payment method if sent back to us within 30 days of purchase.

Once received, we will aim to process your return and issue your refund within 7 days of receipt.

You are responsible for the return postage cost, provided we are not at fault. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage for item(s) returned to us. Please use a recorded delivery service. Failure to return packages with a tracked service will mean we cannot refund or replace them if they are lost.

After 30 Days?

We cannot accept returns for unwanted goods after the returns period has expired. Please do not attempt to return items after this time, as we may have to send them back to you, and you will be responsible for the delivery cost.

What Does Original Condition Mean?

You can try on clothing items for size, but please do not use them. You may also try on equipment for sizing/fit, but do not use the product.

All returns are quality inspected (yes, we will notice your sweaty boxing gloves). If we find the item to be in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to offer a refund and may have to return the item to you. You will also be responsible for the return cost.

All items must be returned unused and unworn, in the exact same condition in which they were delivered, with all original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, drawstring bags, etc.) and tags/labels attached.

PLEASE NOTE – Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

These items include:

  • Mouth guards if the original packaging has been opened;
  • Groin guards if the original packaging has been opened;
  • Personalised goods (by us or a third party);
  • Balms and oils if they have been opened;

Proof of Postage

The product you are returning is your responsibility until it is delivered back to us. Please ensure returns are packaged securely, and use a tracked service with proof of postage. We may ask for this information if you contact us about your return.

How Do I Return My Item?

For returns and refunds, please email all the details of your return with any photos to info@combatEssentials.co.uk, once we confirm acceptance of your return please send the package to the address below with the reason for return. A refund will be issued once the package has been received. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

If you wish to return a heavy or bulky item, please contact us to arrange a collection quote.

If an error has been made on our part, or you have received a faulty/damaged item, we will cover all postage costs. Replacements are only sent out once we have received the original faulty or incorrect item back.

I Wish to Exchange My Item

For exchanges, please email you exchange request with any photos to info@combatEssentials.co.uk, once we confirm acceptance of your exchange please send the package to the address below with a covering note quoting your order number and stating what you would like in exchange. Please also include your best contact number so we can arrange payment for the postage cost to send your exchange items.

My Product is Faulty

If your product is faulty, please do not return it without approval. In certain cases, we may ask you to return it.

Please contact us with clear images and a description of the issue.

If the item is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will do our best to assist you with a replacement.
